Methodology
Prices are the starting (lowest) menu price for each treatment, collected from clinics' own published menus across 60 U.S. cities (655 providers tracked). We report only treatments with real menu data in at least two cities. Figures are refreshed with our data pipeline; actual cost depends on dose, add-ons, and membership.
