About IV Scout

• Ratings come from Google. Provider ratings and review counts are pulled directly from the Google Places API and dated on each listing. We link to the source so you can check them yourself. We never invent or edit a rating.
• We match by identity, not by name. Providers are matched to their real business by verified website and location — so a similarly-named business never gets misattributed to another. If we can't confirm a match, we don't publish the data.
• Verification is earned, and labeled honestly. A green verified badge only appears after we independently confirm a provider's credentials. Until then, a provider is clearly marked “not yet verified.” We never imply verification we haven't done.
• Curation over volume. We list only genuine IV and hydration providers — not unrelated businesses scraped in to pad a count.

We earn revenue by connecting you with a provider (a call, form, or booking) and by selling market exclusivity on those connections to clinics. We do not sell ranking position — a paying clinic and a free listing are scored by the exact same public methodology. When a connection is sponsored, we label it. This separation of “who pays” from “who ranks” is the core of how we stay trustworthy.

If a listing is wrong or out of date, tell us at hello@ivscout.com and we'll review and fix it. Providers can also claim their profile to keep it current.
